Corporate and IT Recruiter

Location: Austin, TX or Dallas, TX Preferred (Currently Remote)

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Education Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience considered
  • Ongoing professional development in talent acquisition or HR is a plus



Experience Requirements



  • 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for professional and corporate functions, including IT, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Marketing, Corporate Development, and Investor Relations
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting technical talent such as Systems Analysts, Software Engineers, ERP professionals, and related IT roles
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders throughout the hiring process
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting, Beamery, or similar ATS platforms preferred



Preferred Qualifications



  • Strong sourcing and headhunting expertise
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of labor market trends, talent mapping, and compensation benchmarking
  • Experience supporting diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruiting strategies
  • Familiarity with OFCCP, EEOC, and recruiting compliance requirements
  • Manufacturing industry recruiting experience preferred



Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to work independently in a remote or office environment
  • Prolonged computer and phone usage throughout the workday
  • Ability to attend job fairs, recruiting events, and occasional business meetings as needed



Job Duties



  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer acceptance
  • Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for corporate and technical positions
  • Partner with HR and hiring leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Provide market insights on talent availability, hiring trends, and compensation data
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process
  • Represent the company at recruiting events and job fairs
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, employment regulations, and hiring procedures
