Responsibilities

  • The Scheduler Lead enables a world-class patient experience as a subject matter expert supporting and coaching Contact Center Schedulers.
  • Manages incoming time-sensitive questions from Schedulers via chat and in-person to ensure accuracy of transactions and quality of service for patients.
  • Coaches individual Schedulers on policies, procedures, customer service, and tool navigation to increase Quality Assurance (QA) scores and patient experience.
  • Effectively owns escalated patient situations and drives to resolution.
  • Acts as backup to the Scheduler role as the need arises.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 2 years of directly related experience.
  • Ability to type and enter data efficiently and accurately.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Ability to communicate effectively.

  • Knowledge of office procedures.

  • Knowledge of insurance plans.

  • Skilled in a variety of software applications

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Associate degree in a related field of study.
  • Medical Office Experience.
