    What You Will Need:



    • IT leadership experience: 5+ years of technology experience with demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
    • Customer-focused mindset: A passion for delivering great service and creating positive experiences.
    • Technical problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues, navigate technology, and adapt to new systems quickly.
    • Strong communication skills: Ability to connect with technical and non-technical audiences and build strong relationships.
    • Organization and project management skills: Ability to manage competing priorities and keep initiatives moving forward.
    • Education: Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
