Description and Requirements

The AI Transformation & Data Governance PMO Manager will lead the governance and evolution of the IDG Finance centralized data platform while driving finance transformation initiatives across all Finance towers. This role will serve as the central coordinator for process standardization, data integration, automation, and AI-enabled solutions, ensuring alignment across teams and accelerating the digital transformation journey of IDG Finance.

The successful candidate will work closely with Finance leaders, Digital Transformation (DT) teams, data engineers, and finance stakeholders to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and drive the adoption of innovative technologies that enhance efficiency, insights, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Platform Governance

  • Establish and maintain governance for the IDG Finance centralized data platform
  • Define data ownership, standards, quality controls, and governance processes
  • Drive data consistency, integrity, and accessibility across Finance functions
  • Partner with DT and technical teams to optimize data architecture and platform capabilities

AI & Finance Transformation

  • Lead the AI transformation roadmap for IDG Finance by identifying, evaluating, and scaling high-impact AI use cases
  • Develop a pipeline of automation and AI initiatives that improve productivity, decision quality, and user experience
  • Introduce leading practices and emerging technologies to accelerate finance modernization
  • Measure and track business outcomes and value realization from AI and automation investments

Process Standardization & Optimization

  • Coordinate with Finance towers (FP&A, Commercial Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Finance, etc.) to standardize and simplify end-to-end processes
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate process inefficiencies, manual work, and duplicated efforts
  • Drive process harmonization and ensure alignment with future-state operating models
  • Champion continuous improvement and digital-first ways of working

Program & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the central PMO for finance transformation initiatives
  • Consolidate transformation projects across IDG Finance and provide leadership visibility on priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources across Finance, DT, and business teams to accelerate project delivery
  • Facilitate governance reviews, steering committees, and executive updates

Change Management & Capability Building

  • Promote adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes across Finance teams
  • Develop communication, training, and enablement programs to support transformation initiatives
  • Share best practices, success stories, and scalable solutions across the organization
  • Act as a change agent to foster a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, PMO, Strategy, Data Analytics, Process Excellence, or Digital Transformation
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, data governance, and transformation methodologies
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects involving finance, technology, and business stakeholders
  • Knowledge of AI, automation, advanced analytics, and data visualization tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to drive organizational change and adoption across diverse teams

  • Improved data quality, governance compliance, and platform utilization
  • Reduction in manual processes through automation and standardization
  • Faster delivery of transformation initiatives and realization of business benefits

Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of finance, project management, strategy, data analytics, process excellence, and/or digital transformation experience

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is 139,800-214,360 USD. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
