We're looking for a
Senior Finance Analyst - M&A Integration to join Procore's Finance Transformation Team. In this role, you will serve as the primary engine for post-close value realization, ensuring acquired companies are seamlessly folded into the Procore ecosystem and deal theses are converted into tangible operational and financial results. Your primary goal is to drive the successful integration of acquired businesses by coordinating cross-functional execution, tracking synergy capture, and ensuring strategic and financial objectives are fully realized.
As a Senior Finance Analyst - M&A Integration, you'll partner with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations stakeholders to lead end-to-end post-acquisition workstreams from Day 1 readiness through full synergy realization. Use your financial systems proficiency, analytical rigor, and project management discipline to bridge the gap between deal strategy and operational reality while mitigating integration risks for leadership. This high-impact role puts you at the absolute center of Procore's growth strategy, offering direct visibility into how deals are valued, executed, and transformed into scalable business results-apply today! Base Pay Range: 90,400.00 - 124,300.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
