The Opportunity

Aquent is partnering with a prominent e-commerce giant to find a dynamic and driven Staffing professional for their Field Talent Acquisition team. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will be the linchpin for bringing in the talent that directly supports critical fulfillment operations. You'll own the entire recruitment lifecycle for high-volume, entry-level positions, seeing the tangible results of your work every single day as new team members join the ranks because of the robust candidate pipelines you've expertly built. What You'll Do



  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for high-volume, entry-level hourly positions, ensuring a continuous flow of talent.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and consistently meet ambitious hiring targets.
  • Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, community partnerships, referrals, and staffing agency collaborations.
  • Develop strategic candidate pipelines in anticipation of future demand, leveraging market insights and business projections.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance, maintaining rapid and thoughtful communication at every stage.
  • Rigorously track and report on key recruitment metrics, goals, and hiring cycle performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Actively contribute innovative ideas and solutions to enhance recruitment processes and overall efficiency.
  • Conduct post-hire check-ins with new team members to ensure a smooth transition and positive onboarding experience.
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive candidate information.


What You'll Need

Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Proven recruiting experience, with strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing candidates across various platforms, including job boards, community outreach, referral programs, and managing staffing agency support.
  • Exceptional project management abilities, coupled with comfort and skill in managing external agency relationships.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • The ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities, adeptly re-prioritizing tasks without losing momentum.
  • A strong sense of urgency and comfort thriving in a dynamic, rapidly evolving, and fast-paced environment.
  • Solid command of recruitment technologies and tools to optimize efficiency and candidate engagement.

  • Direct experience in high-volume or hourly hiring environments.
