We are actively seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Visual & Motion Designer to join this fast-paced team on a part-time contract basis (20 hours/week). This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to blend hands-on visual design with sophisticated presentation animation and compelling motion graphics. You will be instrumental in developing polished branded assets, building engaging animated presentations, and creating dynamic motion content that fuels marketing initiatives, high-profile events, critical sales enablement, and impactful digital campaigns. Your work will directly influence how this technology leader communicates its vision and products to the world, making every visual interaction count.

What You'll Do



  • Design captivating branded promotional graphics, presentations, and digital layouts for web, social, email, and various marketing channels.
  • Craft sophisticated animated presentations in PowerPoint, leveraging advanced Morph transitions, custom animations, and motion-driven storytelling for key events, executive presentations, and crucial sales enablement materials.
  • Develop dynamic motion graphics and animated content for brand sizzle reels, product demonstrations, educational videos, engaging social content, and broad marketing campaigns.
  • Produce polished visual collateral across a spectrum of formats, including print, digital, social, presentations, and event activations.
  • Maintain and evolve reusable templates, comprehensive style guides, and robust design systems to champion consistency and enhance creative efficiency.
  • Skillfully manage multiple high-priority creative requests, consistently delivering accurate and polished work within demanding timelines.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional partners, translating complex business and creative requirements into compelling and effective visual solutions.
  • Ensure consistent visual quality across all deliverables, meticulously adhering to established brand guidelines and overarching design systems.


What You'll Bring

Required Skills



  • 5+ years of professional experience in visual design, motion design, presentation design, or a multidisciplinary creative role.
  • An online portfolio is REQUIRED, showcasing high-quality branding, digital design, presentation design, and motion work.
  • Advanced proficiency in presentation design and PowerPoint animation, including expert use of Morph transitions, custom animation, and motion-based storytelling.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Robust motion design experience using After Effects.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within established brand guidelines and visual systems.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, time management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently, adeptly manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality creative in a fast-paced environment.


Nice to Have



  • Experience with Premiere Pro or broader video editing workflows.
  • Experience within advertising, marketing, agency, or internal creative studio environments.
  • Experience creating diverse social media assets across multiple formats and dimensions.
  • Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools.
  • An interest in or experience using AI tools to support creative workflows.
