Loan Specialist I - 154 (Urgently Hiring)

As a Loan Specialist, you'll be at the heart of the branch, helping customers find solutions, build financial confidence, and achieve their goals. Every day is different. • Help customers apply for and secure loan products that meet their needs

• Support collections efforts while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Process loan applications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain compliance with company, state, and federal regulations
• Promote additional services including tax preparation, referral programs, and other branch offerings
• Assist with branch operations and support leadership when needed

Ideal candidates have:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Collections experience (a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• The ability to multitask and stay organized
• A desire to grow professionally and take on new challenges

• Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays (November-March): 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
• No Sundays!
