Job Duties

• Safely and efficiently operate an electric pallet jack throughout the warehouse.
• Case-pick orders and palletize products according to weight and handling requirements.
• Transport, stage, load, and unload inventory.
• Verify products, quantities, shipping labels, and warehouse locations.
• Maintain accuracy while working at a steady, productive pace.
• Help keep the warehouse safe, clean, and organized.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience operating an electric pallet jack or similar powered material-handling equipment.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and equipment inspections.
• Ability to accurately identify inventory, shipping labels, and warehouse locations.
• Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to safety, productivity, and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience using forklifts, RF scanners, warehouse management systems, or inventory software.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, order picking, or Lean warehouse practices.
• Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate powered equipment while remaining aware of surrounding warehouse traffic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow established safety procedures.
