The Role We are looking for a seasoned marketing automation and analytics professional to support the global Credit business at Morningstar. In this senior individual contributor role, you will own the platforms, data, and reporting frameworks that enable the broader marketing team and be responsible for driving marketing automation, audience segmentation, reporting, and data management initiatives to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency. This role is a great opportunity to drive operational excellence and make a meaningful impact on one of Morningstar's largest and fastest-growing business units. To be successful in this role, you will have hands-on experience in marketing automation, data management, and analytics, with expertise in HubSpot, Pardot, and related martech platforms. You will also have strong project management and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated problem solver with a passion for marketing technology and analytics. This role is based in New York and requires at least four days per week in the office.
