As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government transit location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at public transportation facilities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit stations, platforms, parking areas, administrative buildings, and surrounding perimeters to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, service calls, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and public agencies as needed.
• Monitor access points, observe pedestrian and vehicle activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, property concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation while maintaining professional communication with Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
