Manufacturing Engineer (Safety Focused) Under direct supervision, the Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineer supports safe, efficient production of new and existing Parker products within a single facility by assisting with the design, implementation, and review of manufacturing processes, procedures, and equipment. The role helps evaluate and improve manufacturing techniques, tests new systems and methods to increase efficiency and consistency and supports planning and optimizing assembly layouts to improve throughput while maintaining high standards for quality and cost. A core expectation is a strong, proactive safety focus-integrating risk identification, safe work practices, and process/equipment safeguards into day-to-day engineering support to protect employees, prevent incidents, and ensure compliant, reliable operations.
