Schedule:Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM | Overtime as needed

Requirements:

• At least three years of leadership experience
• At least five years of warehouse experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Steel-toe footwear required
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate and manage teams in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability for overtime as needed

Job Duties:

• Lead daily warehouse operations
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality
• Assign work based on staffing and operational needs
• Train, coach, and support team members
• Assist with employee onboarding
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and process issues
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Communicate operational updates to employees and management
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Recommend process and productivity enhancements
