Under the general direction of EPI-CAL leadership, the Staff Psychologist 2 will apply advanced psychological principles, theories, methods, and techniques in the evaluation and treatment of individuals with psychosis as part of the EPI-CAL Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) Center of Excellence (COE) for First Episode Psychosis (EP) program or affiliated programs supported by other funding sources. The incumbent will use the knowledge and skills of a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in CSC and EP care to develop new and/or revise existing curriculum, toolkits, resources, and web materials; provide consultation to clinical teams; and support research or evaluation. The position will also provide individual and group consultation services and technical assistance. As lead or co-lead of a Training Pathway team or other project team, the position will work with leadership and project management to track the project work of designated team members and/or consultants, develop and manage work plans, and monitor assigned portions of the project budget. Finally, the incumbent will use psychological theories of research, evaluation and statistical analysis to support program level evaluation and reporting.
