What You Will Do as a Merchandiser:

The Merchandiser supports the execution of product strategies that align with brand objectives andmarket needs for our Bulwark and Workrite brands. This role collaborates cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate delivery of productlines, contributing to the success of seasonal go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. The Merchandiser plays akey role in product line integrity, supporting data accuracy, and driving executional excellence across
assigned categories.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of product lines from concept through definition, partneringwith Design, Marketing, Product Development, Technical Design, and Supply Chain.
  • Accountable for creation and maintenance of product level data for the lifecycle of the garment from product set up to deletion from the product line
  • Manages flow of product requests for cost and development as specified; creates and managesproduct / project calendars.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Innovation, Design, Product Development, and Quality toensure product deliverables meet Design Briefs, Brand standards and Business goals.
  • Effectively communicates all product level information to all internal stakeholders and challengesassumptions when appropriate; manages relationships and communication flow and clearlyconveys an informed perspective
  • Gathers and analyzes product line performance, customer, trend, and competitive data to makeproduct line recommendations
  • Presents product / project review and line analysis to external customers and internalstakeholders
  • Key contact for Customer Meeting preparation and set up.
  • Reports to and supports the Director, Product (Bulwark Protection & Workrite Fire Services).

Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in apparel manufacturing ormerchandising
  • Self-motivated, can accomplish objectives without supervision
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, internal systems, calendars)
  • Strong communication skills (oral, presentation, written, interpersonal)
  • Accuracy: attention to detail, strong organizational skills, with strong sense of urgency
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, respond effectively to multiple demands,and balance / prioritize competing needs to meet objectives and deadlines
  • Knowledge of garment construction, fabric development, fabric and garment care preferred
