If you want to make a difference, we want to hear from you. Job Summary The Human Resources Consultant is responsible for enhancing the work experience for their respective customers and colleagues. They will proactively deliver all services and consultation related to Human Resources and the Employee Work Experience. They are expected to collaborate and strategize with their customers to improve, among other services: Recruitment, Leadership Development, Retention, Improved Customer Service, Wellness, Employee Recognition, etc. About the Role As an HR Consultant, you'll serve as a dedicated advisor to your customers and colleagues - going beyond transactional HR to deliver proactive, consultative support that drives meaningful change. You'll work side-by-side with leaders across the organization to design and implement strategies that strengthen the full employee lifecycle. Your areas of focus will include employee experience, leadership development, retention, customer service excellence, employee wellness, and recognition; all to build a workplace where people feel valued and can do their best work. What You'll Bring A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, or a related field, paired with 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources and/or organizational development.
