JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS Penn State Global is seeking a highly organized and student-focused part-time Education Abroad Advising & Engagement Coordinator at Penn State's University Park campus. This position plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Education Abroad Advising and Engagement team by coordinating and mentoring a team of 11 undergraduate peer advisers who provide front-line advising services and assist with outreach initiatives that promote education abroad opportunities to Penn State students. The Advising and Engagement Coordinator will join the Education Abroad Advising and Engagement team in mid- to late August 2026, with the appointment continuing through the spring 2027 semester. This is a part-time position averaging 16 hours per week. Because this role supports undergraduate peer advisers during their scheduled office hours, applicants must have availability between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Work schedules will be arranged within those hours and will total approximately 16 hours per week. This position is intended for recent graduates, current graduate students, or other professionals seeking part-time employment. It is not open to current undergraduate students.
