What You Can Expect TheBroker Program Analytics Analyst willbe responsible formonitoringnumerousbroker programs through Power BI platforms, Excel-based reporting tools, SQL Server data sources, and year-to-date performance analysis. This role will help ensure broker programs are measured accurately against expectedKPIs,trends areidentifiedearly, and business stakeholders receive clear reporting and actionable insights. Developing,maintaining, and executing reporting tools thatmonitorbrokerprogram performance across multiple initiatives. The analyst will use Excel, Power BI, and SQL Server-based data to review year-to-date results,validateprogram data,identifyperformance gaps, and highlight when programs are not meeting expected KPIs. The role requires a strong combination of technical reporting skills, attention to detail, and business acumen to translate data into practical recommendations for program improvement.
