Job Title Employee Relations Specialist Corporate Title Vice President Location New York, NY Overview As a member of the Americas Employee Relations (ER) Team you will be responsible to independently run ER processes from inception to conclusion, including Investigations and Disciplinaries; provide advisory to HR; work collaboratively with the Central Investigations Function, Compliance, Legal and the Global ER team etc. to achieve best outcomes and provide seamless synergy; identify trends and analyses of Investigations and Disciplinaries and present to senior management and various committees; interface with all levels of the organization; create and provide ad hoc training; lead the temporary paid leave processes during investigations; and participate in and/or lead global and regional projects. Expectations It is the Bank's expectations that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in New York City is$125,000 to $198,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
