A Taste of What You'll Do As a District Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of sales representatives and floating merchandisers across a dynamic on-premise market, driving growth, revenue, and brand presence throughout your district. You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team that supports 150-300 accounts representing approximately $15-$30 million in revenue. Through field coaching, performance management, sales meetings, and ongoing training, you'll help your team achieve ambitious sales objectives while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. In this role, you'll build strong relationships with customers and key business owners, serving as a trusted advisor while identifying opportunities to grow sales volume and revenue. You'll oversee execution across distribution, merchandising, displays, pricing initiatives, and promotional programs to ensure our brands are represented at the highest level in market. Success in this role requires strong leadership, business acumen, customer focus, and a passion for developing people.
