YOUR ROLE The IT Solutions - Systems Administrator provides daily enduser support and system administration across the organization. This role serves as the primary Tier 1 support contact for all IT issues, while also handling Tier 2 escalations and assisting senior staff with more advanced tasks. Key responsibilities include supporting business applications, identity services, laptops, corporate mobile devices, and basic network connectivity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Frontline IT Support (Tier 1-2) Applications & Identity Devices (Laptops & Corporate Mobile Phones) Onboarding & Offboarding Network Support (Tier 1-2) Operations & Documentation Security & Compliance QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS CORE COMPETENCIES SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS Successful candidates must engage in a security clearance process in regard to their citizenship in order to perform fundamental job duties, as per applicable law. In particular, candidates with certain citizenship may not be able to perform such fundamental job duties.
