Your Job Molex is seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to support the rapid growth of its Optical Fiber business. This role will serve as a key business partner to commercial, operations, supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing teams across a global footprint. The analyst will need to be self-directed, help drive financial visibility, operational performance, and strategic decision-making as the business scales capacity, launches new products, and supports customers worldwide. The successful candidate will combine strong financial analysis skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies. This position offers significant exposure to business leaders and manufacturing operations while supporting a fast-growing, technology-driven business within Molex. This position does not qualify for VISA Sponsorship. For this role, we anticipate paying $100,000-$125,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
