Your Job

Molex is seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to support the rapid growth of its Optical Fiber business. This role will serve as a key business partner to commercial, operations, supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing teams across a global footprint. The analyst will need to be self-directed, help drive financial visibility, operational performance, and strategic decision-making as the business scales capacity, launches new products, and supports customers worldwide.

The successful candidate will combine strong financial analysis skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies. This position offers significant exposure to business leaders and manufacturing operations while supporting a fast-growing, technology-driven business within Molex.

What You Will Do

  • Support global manufacturing sites by analyzing production costs, labor efficiency, material usage, yield performance, and manufacturing variances.
  • Develop financial analyses, business scenarios and other modeling to support strategic decision making and initiatives
  • Provide concise and insightful commentary on our financial and operational results. Communicate effectively within a global organization to understand and explain results, highlighting opportunities and risks to management
  • Partner with business leaders to understand financial performance and operational drivers across the Optical Fiber business.
  • Support Commercial Finance and Operations Finance teams by preparing valuable financial analysis that provides new insights and drive profitable action
  • Provide insights into revenue, margin, productivity, and cost performance to drive business results.
  • Assist in evaluating growth opportunities, customer programs, capacity expansions, and strategic investments.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to understand cost drivers and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Progressive experience in finance and accounting functions
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience in a large manufacturing environment
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting functions
  • SAP experience
  • Snowflake or Automation Experience

This position does not qualify for VISA Sponsorship.

For this role, we anticipate paying $100,000-$125,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
