The Electrical Foreman is responsible for directly overseeing and coordinating the daytoday work of selfperform electrical construction crews. This role ensures work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules, electrical codes, quality standards, and established procedures.

Current Project Site Opportunities Southwest Portfolio

  • Potential Locations: El Paso, TX
  • Location subject to change depending on business needs

Travel:Site based role with home trip rotations (typically every 3-4 weeks)

Compensation:$45 - $60/hour (flexible based on experience)

What You Will Do

  • Lead and supervise daytoday work activities for selfperform electrical crews to safely meet schedule, quality, and productivity expectations
  • Plan and coordinate daily work, crew assignments, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractor support as needed
  • Monitor workmanship and productivity, ensuring electrical installations comply with plans, specifications, and applicable codes
  • Address and resolve field issues related to safety, quality, labor, materials, or execution in real time
  • Communicate progress, constraints, and needs with supervisors and project leadership, supporting efficient problem resolution
  • Complete and track daily time, labor, and production reporting accurately and on time

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience in electrical construction, commercial, residential or utility with leadership or foremanlevel responsibilities
  • Experience leading small crews in a highly transactional, taskdriven work environment
  • Valid driver's license

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Previous experience as a foreman or lead on selfperform electrical construction crews
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing electrical material and equipment logistics
  • Strong working knowledge of electrical installation practices, safety requirements, and code compliance
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills preferred
