The Supply Chain Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing supply chain systems and business processes. This role serves as a bridge between Supply Chain Operations, IT, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams to ensure efficient system functionality, data integrity, and process improvements that support business objectives. What You Will Do Analyze supply chain business processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements and automation. Configure, test, and support ERP and supply chain applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder). Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to procurement, inventory, planning, logistics, and supplier performance. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues impacting supply chain operations. Support master data governance, including material, supplier, customer, and inventory data. Participate in system upgrades, integrations, and new technology implementations. Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials. Lead or support cross-functional projects focused on process optimization and digital transformation. Ensure compliance with company policies, data standards, and internal controls. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Engineering, Business or a related field. Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, planning, or business systems analysis. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, or equivalent. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools. 1 year of experience of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, demand planning, and/or logistics. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. For this role, we anticipate paying $70,000 - $90,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
