What we're seeking:

As a member of the Consumer Sales Operations Organization, reporting to the Associate Director National Partnership Enablement, you will collaborate closely with cross functional teams, channel partners, and internal stakeholders supporting various workstreams and initiatives to drive operational excellence and elevate customer experience within our National Partners. This position will support National Retail (Walmart, Best Buy, Apple) and our Residential Channels (Door-to-Door, Engagement Managers, Asurion, Big Box, and Online Telemarketing)

In this hybrid role, you will be aligned to an assigned office Hub, combining work from home with designated days in the office set by your manager. The location for this role will be located in Irving/Dallas, TX.

What you'll do:

Contract Management 80%



  • Lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle-from initial intake and drafting through redlining, stakeholder approval, and execution
  • Partner with Legal Counsels and Channel Leaders to draft, and execute Contracts & Notices including, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statement of Work (SOWs), pricing updates, sales incentives, and change notices
  • Oversee contract renewals, amendments, terminations, and auto-renewal pipelines to prevent service gaps or unexpected obligation lapses
  • Manage the Contract system repository for all channel assets, ensuring accurate tagging, metadata extraction, expiration tracking, and auto-renewal management
  • Coordinate special pricing approvals and non-standard payment terms with Channel Leaders and Finance
  • Drive continuous improvement of contract management processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and template libraries


Program & Project Management/Ops Support 20%



  • Support multiple projects and workstreams in service of our National Partners
  • Lead and track initiatives focused on process improvement and automation, including ownership of business cases, funding, facilitating approvals, and managing expectations and timelines
  • Build relationships and integrate processes with other cross-functional teams, and external partners to meet business priorities

You'll need to have:



  • Bachelor's degree or six or more years of work experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Excel
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience
  • Contract Management/Legal Experience
  • Three or more years of experience in Sales Operations
  • Proved track record leading projects



Even better if you have one or more of the following:



  • A Master's degree
  • PMP/VLSS Green Sigma Certification
  • Experience in AI/RPA tools or Google Scrips
  • Strong strategic thinking, finance, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Led cross-functional teams and aligned groups to a common goal
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative strategies that result in the achievement of critical business goals and objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of organizational and time management skills
