This is a long-term temporary opportunity that will continue until a permanent Property Manager is hired. Property Information 83-unit residential community Historic building originally constructed in the 1930s Professionally managed by a respected regional property management company Conveniently located near McPherson Square and Dupont Circle Metro stations Parking availability is currently being confirmed Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the property Provide exceptional customer service to residents and owners Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communication Maintain resident files, property records, and documentation Assist with leasing activities and resident relations as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and property standards
