Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• IT coursework or related technical experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and computer systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and reporting systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching in a manufacturing environment

Job Duties:

• Troubleshoot and resolve iGear system issues
• Train new and existing employees on system processes
• Create and maintain user accounts and login access
• Monitor production reporting and correct discrepancies
• Clean and maintain iGear workstations and equipment
• Restock production-reporting supplies
• Maintain training records, error logs, and technical documentation
• Support MES projects and system improvements
• Perform additional technical duties as assigned
