Position Title: Associate, Supply Chain Operations Position Classification: Full-Time, Regular, Nonexempt, 40 hours/week Reports To: Senior Manager, Supply Chain Operations Location: Boston, MA (Note: This role has specific location requirements represented in the responsibilities and requires on-site presence, M-F from 9am-5pm ET) Travel: Up to 10% domestic travel Please note that we do not sponsor U.S. work authorization for this role. Candidates must be able to legally work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. Position Overview: The Supply Chain Operations Associate is a member of the Supply Chain Operations team within the International Operations department. The Associate plays an important role in supply chain optimization and will execute day-to-day operations related to international and domestic shipment planning, order follow up, and vendor relationship management to support care provision across PIH sites. The Associate will work with vendors and domestic warehouses to ensure orders are processed, inbound shipments are captured in logistics management information system (LMIS), and shipping documents are communicated to care delivery sites in a timely manner. This individual must be detail oriented, organized, and proactive, with a service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills. Responsibilities: Logistics (40%):

The starting salary range for new hires in this position is between $70,040-$74,160/year and may vary depending on multiple, individualized factors including functional experience and job-related experience.
