Monitor, collect, and analyze production data to improve manufacturing performance. Perform equipment repairs, testing, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Operate and support machine control systems while assisting with process improvements and production changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve daily manufacturing challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years of experience in operating or supporting manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
