Job Description NetImpact Strategies is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our talented team supporting Federal mission systems. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience developing secure, scalable applications across the .NET and Java technology stacks. This role requires a developer who can work across the full software development lifecycle - from design and development through deployment and support - while collaborating closely with technical leads, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet Federal performance and security standards. Salary Minimum USD $115,000.00 Salary Maximum USD $135,000.00 About Us At NetImpact Strategies, we post salary ranges in compliance with the specific labor laws and regulations of each county and state, ensuring transparency and fairness in our hiring practices. The posted salary range for this role is $160,000-200,000. In general, NetImpact may not pay the top of the salary range.
