This organization operates at the intersection of groundbreaking design, strategic market presence, and a deep understanding of consumer needs. Join a team that thrives on data-driven insights to inform critical business decisions and maintain its position at the forefront of the global marketplace.

Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for transforming complex data into compelling narratives that drive executive action? We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy professional to join a pivotal Sales Planning team. This is a high-impact role where you won't just process numbers; you'll be at the heart of strategic decision-making, influencing how the business understands and acts on performance across global teams. You will play a key role in bringing clarity to complexity, turning fragmented data into a clear, aligned business story that shapes future direction and ensures consistent performance visibility.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development of executive-ready business narratives by synthesizing critical data from sales, finance, and planning teams.
  • Support monthly and quarterly business reviews, including building insightful presentations and delivering key findings to leadership.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across global and regional partners to ensure a unified and consistent view of business performance.
  • Analyze and validate data, proactively identify inconsistencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve gaps and ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate and manage complex planning cycles, including setting timelines, defining deliverables, and integrating stakeholder inputs.
  • Translate intricate data into clear insights, highlighting potential risks and opportunities for diverse, non-technical audiences.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration within a matrixed organizational structure, navigating multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in planning, merchandising, sales planning, or business analytics.
  • Proven ability to transform data into a compelling story that resonates with business and executive audiences.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, complex formulas, and lookup functions, with the ability to manage large datasets.
  • Strong experience in building impactful PowerPoint presentations and executive-level decks.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading business reviews or comprehensive planning cycles.
  • Success working effectively across cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and independently drive workstreams to successful completion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in retail, consumer goods, or similar industries.
  • Familiarity with key retail performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, sell-through, inventory, and bookings.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Exposure to automated analytics workflows.
  • Experience working effectively with global and regional teams.
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience engaging with senior leadership.
