SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5:30pm

The Patient Service Coordinator I manages patient accounts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of durable supplies and services. They provide information to customers about company products. Acts as a liaison between customers and the company regarding supply sales. Receives and processes patient reimbursement information from patients, physicians, hospitals, and third-party payors. Coordinates patient information and services to ensure clean claims.

Education:

• High School or equivalent

• 1 year Customer Service and 4 to 6 months clerical skills required

• Medical terminology strongly preferred

• Experience/understanding of medical insurance strongly preferred
