What You'll Do



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all individuals entering the corporate office, including employees, visitors, vendors, and candidates.
  • Coordinate day-to-day workplace operations, upholding a safe, clean, and professional office environment.
  • Manage and prioritize facilities requests, maintenance activities, and service tickets efficiently.
  • Act as a key liaison with external vendors, including janitorial services, HVAC technicians, security personnel, waste management, and building management.
  • Track vendor performance and ensure all service expectations and standards are consistently met.
  • Support critical office logistics, including coordinating office moves, setting up workstations, managing furniture requests, and implementing workplace improvements.
  • Lead small workplace projects from initial planning stages through to successful execution.
  • Monitor and process purchase orders, invoices, and all facility-related documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with various internal teams, including Human Resources, Information Technology, Security, Operations, and Property Management.
  • Play a crucial role in fostering a positive employee experience while maintaining highly efficient office operations.


What You'll Bring



  • 3+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, office management, or property management.
  • Proven experience coordinating vendors and managing facility maintenance activities.
  • Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
  • A strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Prior experience working within a corporate office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.


Nice to Have



  • Experience with facilities management systems such as ServiceNow or Corrigo.
  • Familiarity with project management software like Asana, Monday.com, or Jira.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety or OSHA regulations.
  • Experience supporting office renovations, moves, or significant workplace improvement projects.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members.
