Are you a detail-oriented and highly organized individual passionate about bringing innovative products to life? We are seeking a dynamic professional to join a fast-paced product development team where you will be a pivotal connector, ensuring seamless execution from concept to production. In this critical role, you will directly influence product timelines, costing, and sample management, playing a vital part in delivering exceptional products to market and driving operational excellence in a fast-moving environment. This is an incredible opportunity to gain exposure to the full product development lifecycle and collaborate with a dynamic, cross-functional team.

What You'll Do

• Support the product development lifecycle by partnering closely with Design, Merchandising, and Planning teams.
• Enter, compile, and analyze cost data for all product styles, identifying and escalating discrepancies to maintain financial integrity.
• Track and manage concept samples, ensuring timely delivery through proactive collaboration with manufacturing partners and vendors.
• Maintain and manage Time & Action (T&A) calendars to ensure all deadlines and milestones are met, keeping projects on schedule.
• Communicate daily with overseas sourcing teams to monitor progress, address challenges, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Support product development processes, systems, and protocols to continuously improve efficiency and execution.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to foster alignment and drive successful product delivery across all stages.

• High attention to detail, especially with data entry and cost analysis, ensuring accuracy and precision.
• Excellent communication skills, including experience working with global teams, fostering clear and effective collaboration.
• Ability to problem-solve and proactively identify risks or discrepancies, offering timely solutions.

What Will Set You Apart

• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with product lifecycle or PLM systems.
• Experience in product development, sourcing, or a related field.
