What You'll Do



  • Provide high-level administrative support, conducting essential research, managing information requests, and performing critical clerical functions.
  • Act as a central communication and information manager, ensuring the efficient flow of vital data to support key decisions.
  • Manage general office duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining robust records management systems, and handling basic bookkeeping tasks with precision.
  • Prepare and meticulously review a variety of documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Organize and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports with precision and unwavering confidentiality.
  • Efficiently handle incoming correspondence, including emails and faxes, by opening, sorting, and distributing them appropriately to relevant stakeholders.
  • Draft and prepare professional responses to routine inquiries, ensuring clear, concise, and timely communication.
  • Drive key initiatives and manage stakeholder relationships effectively, fostering positive and productive collaborations.
  • Coordinate meetings and presentations, ensuring all logistical and preparatory aspects are handled seamlessly for maximum impact.
  • Partner with administrative professionals across the business to foster a collaborative and supportive environment, sharing best practices and insights.
  • Assist in organizing team events and activities that enhance team cohesion, boost morale, and drive productivity.


Required Qualifications



  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-level administrative support roles, demonstrating proficiency in relevant hard skills.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive and lasting relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and consistently meet demanding deadlines with a proactive approach.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and a meticulous approach to maintaining confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Proficiency in standard office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for creating professional documents and presentations.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Previous experience working within a consulting company environment, bringing an understanding of dynamic project-based work.
