What You'll Do



  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis of supplier contracts to identify errors, discrepancies, and recovery opportunities.
  • Provide high-quality audit results and communicate findings effectively to purchasing teams.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including purchasing, finance, technical accounting, and engineering, to review audit outcomes and strategize recovery approaches.
  • Support purchasing in negotiations with suppliers to resolve contract issues and recover overpayments.
  • Manage and drive the timely closure of open audits and the collection of identified overpayments.
  • Monitor and achieve targets for key performance indicators such as contract touch rate, study aging, and cost recoveries.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special studies as requested by leadership.
  • Contribute to the identification and collection of significant annual supplier cost recoveries, targeting at least $4M.
  • Utilize global systems to perform financial analysis and support investigations into pricing errors.
  • Analyze ad-hoc reports to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Interface with various organizational levels to discuss cases and reconcile differences between internal purchasing systems and supplier contracts.


What You'll Bring



  • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis and auditing.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex contracts and identify financial discrepancies.
  • Experience with cost recovery efforts and driving financial resolution.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and logical problem-solving skills, as evidenced by a technical assessment.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in using global financial systems for data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication skills to deliver high-quality audit results and interact with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel Experience Required
