Summary Vice President, TA Optimization The Vice President, TA Optimization is an enterprise talent acquisition leader responsible for driving continuous improvement, process optimization, and strategic execution across the enterprise high-volume talent acquisition function. This role establishes standards, performance frameworks, and operating expectations that enable consistent, scalable execution across talent acquisition delivery and operations. Partnering closely with leadership, this role identifies systemic gaps, implements enterprise solutions, and leads initiatives that improve hiring speed, quality, recruiter productivity, and scalability. The Company is one of North America's leading sales and marketing agencies specializing in outsourced sales, merchandising, category management, and marketing services to manufacturers, suppliers, and producers of food products and consumer packaged goods.
