Your Role, Your Impact Analyze and optimize project scalability to support expanding rail operations and future growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business objectives. Monitor project reliability, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies for uninterrupted service. Drive innovation by recommending process improvements and leveraging new technologies for enhanced project outcomes. Share knowledge and best practices across teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in project analysis or management within transportation or infrastructure sectors. Proficiency in project management tools, data analysis, and reporting software. Strong understanding of project lifecycle, risk management, and process optimization. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration. How Success Is Measured Timely delivery of project milestones and achievement of strategic goals. Effective collaboration and leadership within multidisciplinary teams. Reduction in project defects, improved troubleshooting, and increased operational efficiency.
