Where You'll Make a Difference
Prepare process-based flavor batches according to shop floor instructions and production schedules Operate spray drying equipment and monitor process conditions Read, collect, and analyze data using lab tools such as pH meters and particle size analyzers Ensure proper packaging and verify materials against customer orders using ZFIS Perform timely backflushing of materials to maintain accurate inventory records Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with GMP and HACCP guidelines Support cross-training initiatives and contribute to team flexibility Work independently to manage off-shift production and respond to unexpected situations
What Makes You the Right Fit
High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a process manufacturing environment Basic math proficiency and ability to follow technical instructions Forklift or industrial truck certification Strong multitasking and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move heavy materials (e.g., 400 lb. drums) Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and inventory control practices Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Willingness to work 2nd, 3rd, or swing shifts, including overtime as needed
How Would You Stand Out?
Experience with SAP systems Background working with food-grade products or ingredients Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools
