About the Role We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be accountable for overseeing inventory accuracy and material flow while leading warehouse teams to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time production support. Shift & Schedule Shift: 2nd Shift Hours: 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM Weekend Availability: Required Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing) Lead warehouse operations to ensure efficient material flow and support production schedules Ensure inventory accuracy through adherence to FIFO/FEFO, expiration controls, and system alignment Oversee shipping, receiving, and storage of raw materials and finished goods Drive inventory control processes including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation Maintain audit-ready warehouse and freezer environments, including allergen and safety compliance Develop, coach, and hold team members accountable for performance and safety standards Partner cross-functionally with Production and Scheduling to improve warehouse processes Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) High School Diploma or GED Minimum 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience Forklift experience required (stand-up preferred) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success) Associate's degree or higher SAP and/or SAP WM experience Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments Experience supervising warehouse operations in a food or bakery environment Aspire Bakeries is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
