Are you a marketing powerhouse ready to make a significant impact on how customers discover and engage with products? Key Responsibilities



  • Strategic Vision & Collaborative Leadership: Partner closely with strategic planners to deeply understand business goals and priorities, translating them into compelling marketing directions. Collaborate with product teams to validate details and promotional specifications, ensuring strict alignment with overarching marketing objectives. Act as the operational lead for campaigns and events, fostering cross-functional collaboration with marketing operations, channel activation, and social teams. Drive clarity and manage expectations with internal partners regarding deliverables and timelines.
  • Campaign Innovation & Execution Excellence: Develop detailed communications frameworks for campaigns, reinforcing brand value through insight-informed and product-led storytelling. Guide creative development, reviewing concepts and final assets to ensure strategic alignment, messaging priorities, and adherence to industry best practices. Collaborate with media and social teams to shape channel mix, flighting, and investment strategies for maximum impact. Champion execution excellence by leveraging modern tools, templates, and advanced workflows to automate tasks and streamline activation.
  • Performance Insight & Operational Stewardship: Deliver pre- and post-activation communications in partnership with intelligence teams, providing internal stakeholders with clear visibility into performance and best practices. Maintain accountability for project plans, marketing activation program schedules, product list ownership, and campaign testing plans.


Required Skills & Qualifications



  • Strategic Partnership & Influence: Proven ability to translate complex business goals into clear, actionable marketing strategies. Experience in pressure-testing requests and confidently owning strategic trade-offs with internal partners.
  • End-to-End Campaign Leadership: Demonstrated expertise in orchestrating marketing strategy through execution across creative, media, and multi-channel marketing efforts. Ability to ensure rapid speed-to-market, seamless cross-functional alignment, and measurable impact.
  • Performance & Operational Discipline: Strong capability to drive return on investment through precise measurement, diligent budget ownership, and a commitment to continuous process improvement.


Team & Environment

You will join a structured, collaborative marketing environment consisting of Directors who oversee each merchandise division, with dedicated direct reports supporting specific categories. As the operational lead for your assigned category campaigns, you will be the bridge connecting internal partners, creative teams, and media activation squads to ensure seamless execution.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $66.00/hr to $74.00/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
