Position:Lear 45 PilotInCommand(PIC)

Location:Anchorage

Airframe:Lear 45

Schedule:15 Days On and 15 Days Off

Annual Salary Range:$145,746.31 to166,567.21 (external);Internal candidates DOE.

TheLear45PICleads a team of a Second In Command (SIC) andmedicalpersonnelto provide care at a moment's notice.Scheduled shifts run 15/15 and service day or night trips. Safety is a key pillar of our services; therefore,allour pilots work on aqualityprofessional team thatarecommitted to high safety standards for the crew and our customers.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • ATP Multi-Engine Required, Lear 45 Type Rating Preferred.
  • Valid and unexpired driver's license.
  • Current FAA First Class Medical.
  • 3,000 Total Flight Hours
  • 500 Multi-Engine Hours
  • 1,500 PIC Hours
  • Meet or exceed the minimum14 CFR 135experience requirementsto serve asPICofanairplaneunder IFR.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Currently or within the last 12 months qualified in the Lear 45.
  • Currently residing in or willing to relocate within a two-hour drive of Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (PANC).
  • Note: This position requiresa twenty(20) minute or less response time to the aircraft when on shift and crew facilities are available in the hangar when on duty.
  • 500 hoursturbojet time.
  • Currently residing in or willing to relocate to the Anchorage area (defined as within a 2-hour drive of PANC).
  • 12 months of Alaska Part 135 experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Pilot will work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
  • Ensureaircraftreadiness for flight as described in theappropriate manuals, includingregulatoryand company requirementsandaircraftcleanliness.
  • Maintainaccuratecompany and regulatory documentation and record keeping for shifts, load manifests,etc.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with both air and ground dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners.
  • Provide shift change info to transitioning pilot andteamin accordance withlocal or company guidance,
  • Pilots are accountable tomaintainrequired certifications and ongoing ground and air training.

Working Conditions:

  • Required to work in outside weather conditions.
  • Must be able to work night, day, and overnight shifts as assigned.
  • May need todeicethe plane,assistwith towing theaircraftandmaneuveringin and out of the hangar, prep the plane for flight.
