What You'll Lead
- Instructional leadership and continuous school improvement
- Student services, staffing, CTE advocacy, and day-to-day building operations
- Strong, consistent support for faculty and staff navigating student discipline, parent concerns, and conflict resolution
- Cross-district strategies that promote student success throughout our consortium schools
What You Bring
- PA Principal or PA Vocational Director certification
- Working knowledge of the PDE Teacher Effectiveness System
- Previous building-level administrative experience preferred
