The Site Execuitive Coordinator provides administrative support while serving as a key liaison between the organization, site personnel, community partners, and external stakeholders. This role ensures smooth daily site operations, coordinates events and activities, maintains accurate records, and supports community engagement initiatives that promote positive relationships and organizational goals.



Responsibilities:




  • Site Activity Coordination


    • Schedule and coordinate site meetings, trainings, inspections, and special events
    • Participate in cross-functional teams that create efficiencies across all layers of the organization
    • Track site activities, maintain logs, and generate operational reports as needed
    • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and setting up meetings, ordering food, meeting room cleanup/prep, preparing correspondence, ordering office supplies, and maintaining records for Florida Site
    • FL site Leadership administrative support including booking travel and expense report
    • Applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks including preparing for strategic presentations, meeting agendas, meeting minutes and reports
    • Makes high level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company
    • Provide administrative support for FL site leadership


  • Community & Stakeholder Engagement


    • Serve as the primary liaison between SkyWater's Kissimmee Advanced Packaging Fab and the local community
    • Assist in planning, organizing, and promoting community outreach programs, events, and volunteer activities
    • Serve as a liaison between the organization and community members, local agencies, nonprofit organizations, and other stakeholders
    • Respond to community inquiries and concerns, escalating issues when appropriate
    • Build and maintain and administer relationships with local government entities, workforce organizations, schools, colleges, and universities
    • Support workforce development initiatives, including STEM outreach, talent pipelines, and apprenticeship programs
    • Coordinate community events, facility tours, open houses, and educational engagements and customer visits
    • Represent SkyWater at local, regional, and industry events
    • Support employee engagement activities and employee involvement in community outreach
    • Gather community and partner feedback to inform leadership, operations, and marketing strategies


  • Partnerships & Ecosystem Development


    • Support relationships with customers, suppliers, and ecosystem partners connected to advanced packaging technologies
    • Assist in developing programs that showcase collaboration with industry, academia, and government


  • The job also requires performing other duties as assigned. Percentages of time spent on job duties are estimates and may vary for each position and from time to time



Required Qualifications



  • High School Diploma
  • 5+ years of office experience, including administrative, customer service, community relations, or site coordination experience.
  • Highly skilled in scheduling, coordinating and managing calendars/ events
  • Effectively handles details of a highly confidential nature
  • Positive interpersonal skills, highly energetic and self-motivated
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, finance, IT, HR, marketing, and executive leadership


U.S. Citizen Required:



  • This position may require eligibility or obtaining a US DoD security clearance and as such a US Citizenship is required.



Preferred Qualifications


Education: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Technical or other fields of study


Experience and/or Training:



  • Experience coordinating community outreach programs or public events.
  • Familiarity with facility operations, project coordination, or site administration.
  • Previous experience as Admin or Technical writing
  • Preparing strategic & confidential presentations
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously and priorities to meet business needs
  • Familiarity with workforce development programs and STEM education initiatives
  • Event planning and public-facing presentation experience
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, advanced packaging, or high-tech industries
  • Knowledge of Central Florida and/or regional economic development ecosystems

The annual salary range for this role is $67,840-101,760. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
