Overview
Salary: $58.82-65.36 Hourly up to $65.36/hr The Operations Specialist will be responsible for driving and performing the day-to-day operational workflows of growth marketing. They will work cross-functionally with various teams, including growth marketing, product, engineering, and business, to multi-channel customer communications for Services, ultimately driving awareness and engagement of services and products. This position will work cross-functionally to identify gaps and pain points with, and to help to improve, the technology used to develop and execute customer notifications for growth marketing acquisition and engagement initiatives. As the subject matter expert of customer journey orchestration, the ideal candidate can think strategically, implement flawlessly, and effectively collaborate in a matrix organization.

Description:
- Identifying key opportunities of improvement in campaign performance, operational efficiency and processes, and product tooling.
- Collaborating and communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders given the complexities of global large-scale projects, ensuring that operational plans, deliverables and risks are properly addressed and aligned.
- Fostering relationships with stakeholders to help inform and influence the direction of platform development and feature prioritization.
- Building a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks that serve as a reference and training resource.
- Monitoring campaign performance for operational integrity and identifying and communicating issues to internal teams.
Key Qualifications
- 5-7 years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives
- Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, Oracle Responsys
- High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking. Experience in SQL preferred.
- Exhibit high attention to detail and organization to deliver quality projects in a timely manner
- Innovator who is proactive, thoughtful and resourceful with a willingness to tackle ambiguity and roadblocks.
- Ability to react calmly to curveballs, devise contingency plans, make judgment calls and pivot as needed under pressure in an evolving environment
- Great teammate mentality with strong consideration for impact on partners
- Effective communication skills in all mediums-from slack and email to presentations.
