The PitchBook Learning & Development team is a global team with teammates in Seattle, New York, and London that serves all of PitchBook's learning, leadership development, career development and talent management needs in a way that grows individuals and the business. This role contributes significantly to leaders' development and supports the learning and development of all PitchBook employees. The Sr. Program Manager, Leadership Development is a strategic, enterprise-focused role responsible for building the capabilities PitchBook leaders need to succeed today and adapt for the future. This includes owning, designing, delivering and measuring leadership development programs and experiences that build consistent, high-impact leadership capability across all levels of leadership, from frontline managers to senior leader of leaders. This role also partners across the L&D team and organization on PitchBook's manager AI enablement strategy by building manager capability to apply AI effectively and drive skill development across their teams. It equips managers with the skills, confidence, and frameworks needed to translate AI priorities into meaningful adoption and capability-building within their functions. This role partners closely with Learning & Development teammates, Talent Management, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to align leadership and capability-building priorities with PitchBook's strategy, workforce needs, and people priorities. The Sr. Program Manager applies their expertise in learning, leadership, and talent development to assess needs, propose and build solutions, and measure the effectiveness of L&D initiatives that help leaders grow, teams thrive, and the business perform.
