Provide the government customer information technology (IT) services and technical expertise to support a thoughtful transition from team-level Scrum agile methodology to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The Contractor will support both the operational transition and ongoing development activities, ensuring continuity of delivery while establishing SAFe practices, structures, and governance. In addition, we will assist the government customer with the design, architecture and implementation of a secure application development environment (ADV) specifically engineered to accelerate the organization's SAFe transformation. This environment must integrate automated security controls directly into the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and prioritize developer productivity and autonomy. Furthermore, the ADV must enable Zero Trust architecture that scales across distributed teams without compromising the Lean-Agile mindset. Location: This position will be on-site in Winchester, VA. Clearance: Top Secret with ability to get SCI We are seeking a Data Engineer - Senior responsible for carrying out engineering tasks to deliver an advanced visual analytic application to include: developing data analytics for desktop and web-developed visual analytic software; facilitating the bulk analysis of relational information utilizing advanced graphics, visualization, and high-performance computing, as well as using the specified open source, COTS, and GOTS technologies; and establishing an application that produces manageable, actionable intelligence from streams of a structured and semi-structured data. * Develop and deliver an advanced visual analytics application that enables users to derive actionable intelligence from large volumes of structured and semistructured data. * Design and implement data analytics supporting both desktopbased and webbased visual analytic software. * Enable bulk analysis of relational data using advanced graphical representations and visualization techniques. * Apply advanced graphics, visualization methods, and highperformance computing techniques to support scalable analytic processing. * Integrate and utilize opensource, Commercial OfftheShelf (COTS), and Government OfftheShelf (GOTS) technologies as part of the analytic solution. * Establish analytic workflows and application capabilities that transform raw data streams into manageable, decisionready intelligence products. * Support ingestion, processing, and visualization of streaming and batch data sources. * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure analytic outputs align with mission needs and operational use cases. Required Skills: * Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years or more of experience * Strong experience developing data analytics solutions for complex datasets. * Ability to work with structured and semistructured data, including relational data models. * Experience performing bulk or largescale data analysis across interconnected data sources. * Proven experience developing visual analytic applications or dashboards. * Strong knowledge of advanced visualization techniques, including graphs, relational views, and interactive analytics. * Experience building visual analytics for webbased and/or desktop applications. * Experience working with opensource, COTS, and GOTS technologies within a production environment. * Ability to integrate multiple tools and platforms into a cohesive analytic application. Preferred Skills * Experience developing analytic software using modern programming languages commonly used in analytics and visualization (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar). * Ability to design, develop, and enhance analytic applications from concept through deployment. * Experience integrating analytics into enduser applications. * Familiarity with highperformance computing concepts or performanceoptimized analytic processing. * Ability to design analytics that scale to large datasets and highvolume data streams. * Experience working with data streaming technologies or messagebased data ingestion. * Familiarity with analytic pipelines supporting realtime or nearrealtime data analysis. * Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments. * Ability to collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and mission stakeholders to refine analytic requirements.
