Overview
Salary: $35-40 Hourly up to $40/hr
The Marketing Operations and Transformation Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies, plans, and events that enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth. This role involves comprehensive research and analysis to define market segments and understand the competitive landscape. The successful candidate will establish product, service, and promotional priorities, balancing short and long-term returns against allocated resources, while coordinating with other functional areas to ensure marketing priorities align with corporate strategic and operational objectives. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, plans, and events to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to define market segments and understand the competitive landscape
- Establish product, service, and promotional priorities based on projected results, considering both short-term and long-term returns
- Coordinate with various functional areas to ensure marketing priorities align with corporate strategic and operational plans
- Assess market penetration and customer satisfaction to inform marketing strategies
- Create and oversee the production of promotional materials to support product and sales initiatives
- Identify and implement procedures and systems to ensure marketing activities are consistent and efficient, meeting both internal and external customer needs

- Optimize end-to-end marketing workflows, organizational structures, and cross-functional collaboration
- Drive cross-functional alignment and technology adoption with high emotional intelligence and empathy
- Create executive slide decks and present transformation stories and strategic recommendations to leadership
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in marketing operations, marketing strategy, or marketing transformation roles
- Mid-to-Senior Manager level experience (individual contributor focus)
- Demonstrated success driving consensus in large, matrixed corporate environments
- High EQ, diplomacy, and ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
- Operational/process builder mindset with proven track record of workflow optimization
- Autonomy and self-direction; ability to identify and recommend solutions independently
- Strong executive-level presentation and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation ecosystems and MarTech platforms
- Ability to map marketing ecosystems and build stakeholder relationships quickly
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Change management frameworks and organizational redesign experience
- Background in retail, e-commerce, or fast-moving consumer goods environments
- Experience with business process automation tools and workflow optimization platforms
- Track record of leading organizational transformation or restructuring initiatives
- Data analytics and reporting tool proficiency

REPORTING STRUCTURE Reports to Senior Manager, Marketing Acceleration; supports full marketing organization FIRST 30-60 DAYS GOALS
- 30 Days: Map marketing ecosystem and build stakeholder relationships across functional areas
- 60 Days: Proactively propose a streamlined workflow or structural improvement to leadership
