Rosemount Senior Living at the Steeple Center, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join our growing team.

Rosemount Senior Living, located just north of downtown Rosemount and directly connected to the Steeple Center. Our beautiful 92-unit, apartment-style community provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Full-Time AMs (7am-3pm) & PMs (3pm-11pm)
Lead HHA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
Lead CNA Wage: $19.50-$24.50 per hour

In this position you are responsible for ensuring the highest quality of resident care is provided that is consistent with company and regulatory standards. This position includes hands on care with leadership responsibilities, including training, scheduling, mentoring and serving as a support between caregivers, nursing and management.

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:



  • CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with residents, families, and all team members.
  • Serve as shift lead, ensuring all services and medication administration are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide mentorship and serve as a resource providing guidance and problem-solving support.
  • Provide training for all new hires with strict adherence to policy and procedure.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • 1-2 years Assisted Living experience as a Home Health Aide/CNA.
  • Must have an interest in teaching and working with new home health aides and orienting staff to the community.
  • Strong interest in healthcare.
  • Positive, compassionate attitude.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
