Salary: $55,000-$65,000 per year Position Summary The Human Resources Coordinator supports the daily operations of the HR department by being the first point of contact for general HR inquiries through the HR inbox, phone line and walk ins. The HR coordinator will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance initiatives. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and helps ensure HR processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with company policies and that all employees receive timely and accurate responses to enhance the employee experience.
